A Foundation Built
on Purpose

Monroe InspirEd Foundation was founded by a family united by a shared calling — to invest in the next generation of educators. What began as a deeply personal commitment grew into a formal organization dedicated to removing barriers, building confidence, and illuminating the path toward a career in teaching.

We believe that the best educators are those who were inspired by someone who believed in them first. That belief is at the heart of everything we do — from the scholarships we award to the students we coach and tutor along the way.

Our programs are designed to meet students where they are and walk with them toward where they want to be.

Supporting aspiring educators with financial resources to pursue their dream of teaching. We invest in students who have the heart and the drive to lead the next generation.

Life Coaching

Guiding students toward clarity, purpose, and personal growth. Our certified life coach works with students to help them discover direction, navigate challenges, and step into their full potential.

Assistant Principal & Coach

An educator and school leader who understands the power of mentorship firsthand. Terrence oversees the Tomorrow's Teachers Scholarship, ensuring that aspiring educators have the financial support they need to take that first step.

Stefani Bomar

Teacher & Tutor

A dedicated classroom teacher with a background in special education, Stefani brings patience, expertise, and heart to every student interaction. She leads the foundation's Tutoring Services program.

Gail Francis

Retired Paraprofessional & Certified Life Coach

With decades of experience in school settings and a certification in life coaching, Gail guides students toward clarity and confidence. She oversees the foundation's Life Coaching program.
